​The self care group provides encouragement, mentorship, inspiration, and teaching of many different self care principles and practices with posts several times a week and opportunities for connection with colleagues. The group is interactive to build community and support for one another’s wellness. I cover many different wellness topics and explore books that also support and teach self care strategies.
