I TEACH TRAUMA-INFORMED AND ENERGY-BASED YOGA PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES IN WHICH YOU WILL LEARN TO CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY AND ENERGY SYSTEM, INCREASE YOUR SENSE OF SAFETY, AND DECREASE ANXIETY.

The principles and practices work by balancing and re-stabilizing your nervous system and enhancing the mind/body connection where deeper healing can be facilitated. The practice assists in helping your emotions to be more more balanced helping you to feel more grounded and calm.

Through this practice I will guide you in the use and mastery of energy for optimal energy circulation of the body that promotes emotional balance and increased energy.

What to Expect

Trauma Informed Yoga

Trauma informed yoga can be a stand alone service that you can learn in private sessions or it can be integrated into your mental health therapy.

What's Included

Part of your counseling sessions can include practicing yoga strategies as foundational coping skills and self care practices. Trauma informed yoga classes are created when there is enough interest with a small group of 5-8 members to create community and learn together.
